OUR STORY
We find the stuff that makes you say,

I WANT ONE started with a simple idea: some things are just too fun, unusual or ridiculously cool to ignore.
We’re always looking for those unexpected finds — handcrafted pieces, conversation starters and things you probably didn’t know you wanted until you saw them.
Our first obsession? Handmade wool hats with serious personality. Vikings, knights, wild hair and whatever else makes us stop and say, “Where’d you get that?”

Are your products handmade?
Yes! All our products are handmade, so small variations in colour, stitching, and details may occur. We think that’s part of what makes each one special.
What size are the hats?
Most of our hats are designed to be one-size-fits-most. Check the individual product description for any specific sizing information.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Markham, ON, Canada 🇨🇦.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within Canada is $25 for 1–2 hats or $30 for 3–4 hats, tax included. Adult and kids’ hats count together. For 5 or more hats, email hello@iwantone.ca for a shipping quote before ordering.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. When tracking is available, you’ll receive the details by email once your order has shipped.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We aim to get orders on their way as quickly as possible. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping service. You’ll receive an email when your order has shipped.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for eligibility, time limits and instructions before sending anything back.
What if my order arrives damaged or there’s a problem?
Contact us as soon as possible at hello@iwantone.ca with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Do you take custom orders?
Not at this time. Our products are sourced from independent makers and artisans, so we don’t offer custom designs. But keep checking back—we’re always finding new stuff you didn’t know you wanted! 😄
