Shipping
We currently ship orders within Canada from Ontario.
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the products in your order. The applicable shipping cost will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation when tracking information is available.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@iwantone.ca.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- Returned with any original packaging or accessories included with the product
To request a return, please contact us first at hello@iwantone.ca and include your order number and the reason for the return.
Please do not send a return without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
For regular returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If we sent you the wrong item, or your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at hello@iwantone.ca.
Please include your order number and photographs showing the problem. Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Handmade Products
Many of our products are handmade. Small variations in colour, texture, stitching, shape, dimensions and other details are a natural part of handmade products and help make each item unique.
These minor variations are not considered defects.
