I WANT ONE is an online retail store based in Ontario, Canada, offering unique, handcrafted and novelty products.
Products
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
Many of our products are handmade. Small variations in colour, texture, stitching, shape, dimensions and other details are normal and help make each item unique. These minor variations are not considered defects.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. Some products are available only in limited quantities.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable or if an inventory error occurs.
Prices
All prices displayed on iwantone.ca are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.

Payments

We currently ship within Canada. Shipping charges are displayed during checkout based on the products in your order.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, remote locations or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns and Refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@iwantone.ca and include your order number and photographs showing the issue.
